LAM 2011 > Tip #2 – Wish your customers a Happy New Year

It sounds obvious but have you taken the time to mail/email/call your account or key customers to wish them a Happy New Year?

What a great way to start 2011, you’ll feel good and your customers will appreciate it. Who knows you might even sell something.
