Right, it’s time to put on my motivational hat….only you control your destiny, only you can make things happen in 2011, blah, blah, blah!
Let’s get serious! All you have to do is set aside a half day early in January to plan out your marketing year.
It’s really simple, all you have to do is use a calendar template, feel free to use the one below.
Fill out the activities you are going to do each month, write them in, print it an put it on the wall. The key is to stick to your plan, this is not to say that your plans won’t change, but at least you’ll have a template to stick to.
